Help!

I've tried to contact Farm Heroes help directly but all I'm getting are automated replies which don't help at all! I have version 6.50.26.0 installed on a PC running Windows 10. This was updated on 16 Oct, but I haven't been able to open the game since then. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to open the game? I'm somewhere in the high 4000s, so I don't want to start again from the beginning. Any help from a real person would be gratefully received. Thanks.

hiya, yeah automated replies are a pain. Sometimes if you reply to the autobot reply you receive, you get a person.
is it giving an error message?
have you gone to settings, apps, fhs then repair? Or worst case restore?
as long as your progess was saved it can be restored with a log in. Especially if you used an email right now as Facebook has issues.
if you clear data the only think you would lose are boosters but sometimes they do come back on the w10 app I’ve found.
