Not receiving any super collectors

as the title states, my wife and I play this game a lot and she has all of these cool super collector boosters. Last night I was on a roll and ended up passing 70 levels in a row and still no super hunter. I ended up losing my streak; however, I am on a new streak at 13 and still no luck. What’s gives?

Day 3 no reply? Wife and I have a friendly competition and she’s leaving me in the dust with her super Hunter Collector. I am streak 65 with Bonnie, a new day and still no Super Collector. Is it based off of win/loss ratio?

Oh and here’s my Plauer Id# 1783926829. Also, I am on streak 104 and still no Super Hunter Collector 😭🤦‍♂️
