Since yesterday, any time I click to watch an ad, the screen freezes and I have to close everything. Everything is up to date. Any ideas?
Thia is just getting worse. Now it freezes as soon as I hot the option to watch an ad. Every single time. I already reached out ro customer service and checked all the things they told me to.
The TikTok ads are the worst right now. If you click when the X appears, it takes you to their website for purchases or Google Play for me to install the app. No rhyme or reason for which page you end up on. The workaround for me is to count 10-15 seconds and then click the X which just takes you to a TikToc splash page. Then you need to count down another 10+ seconds before clicking on the exit X or you will get kicked out with no rewards or extra plays. King needs to set standards for the ads and not allow any or delete ads that don't comply. This ad is pushing the 45 sec mark after you told us there would be fewer 30sec+ ads and more short ads. I am using a brand new phone (1 month old Android 2024 version) and at nowhere near any capacity usage.

Yes it is only certain ads. I have restarted my phone and made sure everything is up to date.

It could be down to the amount of available space you have in your storage but have you tried the troubleshooting? Close the game completely, reboot your phone and try again?
