    (B) I'm only going to give homemade gifts cause I'm broke this year πŸ˜‚. I left my job in March and haven't got a new one yet. I'll be doing lots of baking lol

    There are many gifts.

But the best was the first time my little one hugged me when he saw me sad.

I will never forget that feeling β€οΈπŸ’žπŸ’•β€οΈ

Oh so sorry dear Pummy that you also encountered some problems with the site today. I hope that this will not be recurrent considering your very active Advent weeks here!

    Day 3

A- One of the most memorable presents I received was an invitation to a very typical Japanese restaurant in Lyon, offered by my two children. We went there the day they had chosen, which was the 20th Anniversary date of our landing in Japan where we lived for 3 years. We had a fantastic time eating amazing food and remembering our life there. I was very touched by their gift as it was a moment that they really wanted to share with me, and that made it very special. πŸ’–

B As my daughter is going to move out of the house to a place of her own next year, I have planned to give her a home made notebook gathering all my recipes of her preferred dishes, with exclusive motherly tips to make it taste like "home".

No, I’m not giving out any homemade gifts this year, but I will be sending out a premade gift instead. I’ve found some thoughtful items that I know my loved ones will appreciate, and it just seemed like the perfect fit for this year!

I always share homemade holiday treats with family and friends… cakes, cookies, and of course candies!

I give many home made gifts. All of my family members ( siblings, nieces, nephews, close friends) are given home made key lime pies. I also make a sea salt sugar body scrub. We also give deer meat. We make deer sausage, slim jim sticks, ring bologna, summer sausage lunch meat.

    Hi @PummyRaj πŸ™‚

    Day 3

    (A) Memorable gift was when I was 9 yrs. old, my Dad took me with him traveling overseas. It was just the two of us. He was an Aerospace Engineer of a major airline so he was friends with the pilots. I was able to go in and out of the cockpit. The stewardess would pour lots of candies in my bag. 😁 We visited different places kids would enjoy like amusement parks, aquarium, zoo, (science, technology and art museum), etc. I had a wonderful time.

    (B) Baked goods.

Hey! Would you like to give us your opinion?
