I believe I must have had them and that I just didn't get a pop up.

When I opened my game I noticed the endless life which had been added.

Hi this is my 4th gift. I don't always get the popup on my game. Just the announcement in my email.

I hit the play now and didn't receive the 1 hour free play.

It has happen before🤔

I got my Week 4 announcement email.

But after hitting the "Play now" button, I neither got the popup in my game nor the hour of unlimited life. This has happened all 4 weeks so far.

Hey there I noted that several players here haven't been able to claim their rewards as a part of this campaign. It seems like something hasn't really gone right for some, I'll make sure to notify the studio about this, and hopefully they can improve it for the next one so more of you can be able to claim the rewards. 😔

Hi @LoFiGummy Happy New Year, I hope we won't be losing our badge 🙏 for this event. I did get an original notification via email, as previously said I never took notice of the unlimited life due to no pop-up in the game, however I definitely did receive the last one as posted in my game with a screen-shot.

I would also like to mention that I recently had a notification on my phone about Amelia's Arcade, I was very excited by this, however when I opened my game it wasn't there! I can only assume there are technical problems, I would be very grateful if the studio could look into these technical issues 🤗

Hey and thanks for reporting that, I've sent it over to the studio to look into as it doesn't sound like a nice experience.

As for the badge, as it was on us that not everyone was able to claim the reward for this event we won't be removing the badge earned from this thread, so don't worry about it. 😊
