Oh! You are playing the App version of the game then!
Can you please try the steps provided in this 👉️ Help Article 👈️ and see if it resolves the issue?
Note: One of the steps is to reinstall the App! But, please do not follow that as you will lose entire progress of your Farm Pass.

I am referring to the Endless chest. I play on a hp laptop. I am not sure what app it is, I got it off of Microsoft games.

When you said “Treasure Chest” - I am assuming you are talking about the “endless chest” in Farm Pass! Did I get that right? If so, can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game and which version of the App you have right now?
