Hi there and sorry to hear that, I believe you have to contact support to get help with this issue.
To do this, do the following:
Open Farm
Press the menu on the bottom left
Press "Customer Care"
Press any article (ex: "Farm Pass & Golden Pass")
Scroll to the bottom & press "Chat With Us"
Then explain the problem there. They will want to get your Player ID so that they can help you!
