I was wondering why I am not getting my daily bonus rewards?

Every morning I check in and claim my daily bonus rewards, but when I go to the game, they never appear. I play on my desk top computer and clear my cookies and cache every time I am finished with my computer for the day! This has been going on for 2 weeks now. I get them on my mobile app, but not on the computer!
