I have some questions & concerns.
~I had sent a concern to the “contact us” link regarding losing gold bars that I used to try & pass a hard level. My game suddenly started over in which I lost those gold bars. This happened twice. I heard nothing back from anyone in regards to this.
~Another concern that I have is that I haven’t gotten a special event game for months now. I used to get them all the time.
~Where do I voice my concerns about these difficult levels that are impossible to pass without using a bunch of boosters and/or gold bars? I just received my 6 yr anniversary badge & I am disliking playing FHS anymore! I have loved this game for over 6 years, & now I am at the point that I don’t even play everyday because of the impossible levels to pass & not getting the special games anymore! It’s just not fun anymore!😞
~Where do I send a message to someone? For example, if I need to contact you, where do I go to send you a message? I had been away from the community for a couple of years, & since coming back in August, I am having trouble navigating the community pages.

After sending your complaint, did you receive any automated email? If so, you will have to send a reply to that automated email and provide more details about the issue. Then, after 72 hours, you will be hearing back from an agent.

Which device are you using? And which version of the App do you have right now?
Can you please post a screenshot of your "Events" folder? So that, I can show it to the CM @lofigummy, and for his assistance?

Personal Messages were removed sometime in 2023! That is the reason, you are not able to find that option! If you would like to talk with any of us (the Moderators) confidentially, all you need to do is post a thread and tag the person you would like to talk to. The CMs will check and get back to you.
