I would like to find out how to talk to farm heroes and this is what I want to tell them
hi I have been playing for a very long time and I’m getting very upset with it getting so hard and that you keep on making where I lose my gold and can’t have the special things and I can’t continue playing. It’s not fun. excuse me, but you have a whole lot of videos. You make a lot of money on those videos so stop trying to take our money because I’m not spending any money on this game or any other game. Let us have the videos so we can continue to play as long as we want without taking a whole bunch of gold or a whole bunch of whatever it’s like all the sun there is no more ads so you have to spend nine bars to continue playing a game. No, I will not do this and you need to stop because it is irritating as hell.

Estoy de acuerdo contigo, yo llevo más de 6000 niveles y cada vez me irrita más el juego. Lo último es que gasté lingotes de oro para poder pasar un nivel, después de ver un montón de anuncios, gastar booster y después los lingotes de oro, y me los quitan y me sacan del juego sin poder pasar el nivel.

Hey there @arcat and thanks for providing this feedback - the difficulty of the game is definitely something that the Studio wants to improve in the game. So if there are specific levels you're struggling with, please let us know - and perhaps players here in the forum can help you as well.

Hey there, that doesn't sound correct - it sounds like the game might be crashing for you when that happens (the game wouldn't kick you out for any reason).
I'd suggest following these steps below to make sure nothing is wrong with your game, and if it doesn't help it would be great to know your Player ID and what device you're playing on.
- Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
- Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
- Memory: Keep at least 2GB free storage for smooth gameplay.
- Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
- Clear Cache:
- 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Farm Heroes Saga > Storage > Clear Cache
- 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

The studio needs to stop defaulting to 15 moves on almost every level while requiring ridiculous numbers of matches to complete a level. Here is an example at level 5689:
There are 26 squares to clear containing 5 seeds each. This cannot be accomplished with 15 moves unless you use dozens of boosters. If you do that and clear the seeds, you still have to break 18 ice cubes and release 8 fireflies. Impossible without using many more boosters. I assume this is why 9 bars of gold now purchases 55 moves not just 5. Obviously the studio knows that they are not providing enough moves for anyone to win this level without either using all their boosters or spending gold bars. If there is no chance to win a level through gameplay alone, why even try? Many many levels allow only 15 moves with impossible goals. This sucks all the fun out of playing. This is not a new problem and has been reported/discussed before but never resolved. The studio used to actually respond to players' concerns. They should start doing that again to keep longtime players and gain new ones. I no longer recommend this game to friends for these reasons.
