Impossible to complete level issue

Level 5633 Not enough hay squares to get last black sheep and no seed to grow so I used gold bars for 55 move carry on in hope for a seed to drop in I could grow but none appeared so was physically impossible to end the level which lost my 7/7 on rancid so missed out on gold bars, a 5 Bonnie booster streak & months long of golden pins not to mention the gold charge for continuing play!
