When I try to play Farm Heroes I get "Update now". when I click on it it takes me to "Open in App Store". It takes me to Farm Heroes saga. When I try to open that it pops back to update now. It won't let me into the game.

To transfer the progress, simply login to the same game account that you had on your other device as your new device.
While boosters will not transfer, you should be able to maintain your progress and gold bars.

So I have saved my progress how do I transfer it to a new iPad. Remember I can't get into my game at all on the old iPad.
Hey there Danielle, last week the studio added a mandatory update to the game for all players who were playing on an older version of Farm. If you're not able to update the game, please check to see if you can update your device first.
This change was made to ensure that the game works as intended and is stable for all players.
If you're not able to update your device further, then unfortunately the only choices is to either continue to play on Facebook or switch to another newer device.

The game always shows that my team has given me free lives, but they are NEVER in my inbox. In fact there is never anything in my inbox. I even tried clearing the app cache and storage and nothing.
