Lost all boosters!

I have been playing Farm Heroes Saga for over a decade & am almost to LEVEL 5000. I have banked a lot of boosters for several years on my current device. I went into the game as usual & most of my boosters have disappeared! I logged in & out twice, updated & cleared the cache, but they're still missing.
King are trying to tell me it has nothing to do with their servers... but then how do you explain that the four boosters from the left went down to zero... but the two on the right still have heaps? If it was my device, ALL boosters would reset... not just SOME.
I also can no longer watch ads for boosters or more moves at the end of a level.
Has anyone else had this happen?

It doesn't help. They're blaming my device, even though only some booster types have reverted to zero... not all.

Ik krijg ook geen reclame meer... drie kwart jaar kreeg ik ze niet meer tot een week geleden. Helaas was het maar voor een week. Nu weer niet je komt zo niet verder. Vorige keer hoop gemeld daarover maar hun zeggen dat ze dan geen reclame hebben voor mij... geloof je het zelf nou ik niet. βΉοΈ
