There's no AD in my game

When I play Candy Crusaders Saga, there are no ads. It's been months since I've had one. Also, I can't change my password, I can't receive verification emails, and it doesn't seem to be connecting properly with my phone. It's making the game difficult to play. do you want to delete the game? i'm annoyed

These features are not meant to be available permanently, rather they are introduced periodically or seasonally. This design allows us to keep the game fresh and exciting by offering different experiences and rewards at various times.

This means that we cannot manually add this feature into your game upon request.

As for the issues you're experiencing related to not being able to change your password, receive verification emails and not connecting properly to the game on your mobile device, I would love to offer immediate assistance for all of that, however, I'm afraid I don't have the proper tools here in the Community.
