Slow game - (Edited by CM: Under investigation)!

Since this new update all the characters are very animated and slow, levels are taking longer to complete, boosters run out faster, I have lost my race and win streak, this is boring me.

Do we get the option to choose old version or new version?

Otherwise just delete!!!

My mini games still won't load, the gameplay is slow and it's saying not connected to internet

Hi @cmccurry I'm sorry you had this experience. Yes, the game has become very slow since the last update. The last update fixed the minigames, and something else may have been damaged in the process.

Please don't delete your game, as this will cause you to lose all your boosters. Try turning your device off for a few minutes first and then see if it improves. It helped a little for me, but it's still very slow.

I've read several complaints about this and reported it to our team. Since it's Sunday, I'm not sure if it will be processed today. Please be patient.

I'll get back to you as soon as I hear anything.

For the past few days, the game is acting as if the command to reduce in-game speed is selected. The game is incredibly sluggish during play which reduces the amount of time for any free bonuses I have.

Hi @king3436 I cleared the cache and restarted my device. Since then, it's no longer so choppy and slow.

I’ve done the same thing, multiple times. The lagging is getting old. Plus the graphics have really gone downhill.
