When I start my level on the game, the bee shows up, then the app closes. There’s no update for the app.
This issue has now been fixed!
Please update the app to the new version 5.44.6 and the game should be back on track again.

We've reported it to the Studio and it looks like there is an issue at the moment regarding app version 5.43.5 on iOS (Apple devices)

Is this freezing issue occurring only with your Farm Heroes Saga? Do you play any other games on your iPad? If so, are they working fine?
If it is happening with all the Apps, please try the steps suggested here ---> Trouble Shooting for Apple Devices
If it is happening only in Farm Heroes Saga, I would need more details.

Some times Game not Loading by Heavy Load On Storage.
Please Clean Cache Files Of Your Device. Reboot Your Device. Try After Few Minutes.

Since this freezing issue is occurring only in Farm Heroes -- few follow up questions...
1) Do you have the "Bonnie Booster" activated in the game? For some reason, both Bonnie and the "Bee" are not getting on well together, If one is on, the other one is freezing the game. Hence, would like to make sure that, it is not the issue.
2) What version do you have right now?
3) Which level are you playing?
4) Did you just win the "Honey Harvest" event today and because of that the Queen Bee showed up in your level? Or you did have the Bee popping in prior levels too?
I am sorry for asking too many questions. Need to make sure about everything before I can escalate the issue to the Community In-charge, when it is out of my hands and if I won't be able to assist you to solve the issue.

Having the same problem have been since yesterday on my iPhone I used my daughters iPhone and exactly the same thing happened, there was an update yesterday it’s been happening since that wondering if it’s an Apple issue since the update as it says it’s an iPad used here?

Looks like this an issue with the "New Update" indeed for iOS devices 😮
I am playing on iPad and did not install the update yet. I guess that's why, my game is working fine! The version I have is 5.43.5
Can you all please give me the version number you have right now and your game ID number?
To find the ID number ---> When you are on game Map screen, tap on the "Settings" (the Cog Wheel) -- click on "My Profile" -- click on the "King Emblem" that is located at the top of the screen -- the number you see is your ID number -- please copy & paste it here.
I am escalating this issue to the Farm Community In-charge, so that they can report to the Studio as soon as they come back to work tomorrow.
@fuzzypaws420 Please ignore the details I have asked above. But, please do post the Version you have currently and your ID number.

I have no idea what the Bonnie booster is, I’m on level 228 and version 5.43.5 And I did just win the honey harvest . This is the first time having the bee

The same thing is happening on my Samsung Galaxy Note 5. The bee shows up, and then the app force closes. This has been happening since the last update. Is there any way to fix this?

same thing for me on iPhone ios 13.6.1 and version 5.43.5
after the bee flying, game starts and crashes.
I tried to reboot, reinstall the app but nothing changed.
