Hello there,

The only reason I joined the chat was to state a negative review of support. I apologize for this but as I have enjoyed Farm Heroes for a very long time, I have decided to turn it off and leave it off. It was not because of the game. It was because I found that there was no answer on how to keep the game running smoothly. I have reloaded the game befor but the same problem persists.

It won't stay hooked up to the wireless . I would eventually hit a level that would have me to go back a few levels so I could attain what was needed to play the new level game.

Each time I left the game then came back I was stuck at the top level again because it was not registered that I completed that back level already. So,

I decided to leave the game completely as I was tired of the unresolved problem.

Thank you for letting me rant of this. Now back to the old stand by Candy Crush.
