When you say wireless - I assume you mean a wireless internet connection -usually thru a wireless router in your home or apartment? I am sorry you have been having this problem and it has not been resolved for you. The support area here (click on the link) is the best place to come when you are having a problem with your game, other than going directly to Customer/Player Support.

The King games do tend to need a strong and steady internet signal and a temporary drop or interruption in signal can cause a glitch in your game.

What platform are you using (make/Model) and what version of software? We have a lot of game experts out there who may be able to provide additional guidance. We also recommend you clear your cache on a regular basis, make sure your app is up to date and restart your device after waiting for at least 10-15 seconds.

I hate to see you leave a game you lie so much. Out of curiosity - is Farm Heroes the only game you have this problem with - not Candy Crush Saga?

There are three ways of getting magic beans:

1. You're rewarded with free magic beans when you complete a level. ...
2. If you have the maximum five lives, any lives sent to you by your friends will automatically be converted into magic beans. I life = 100 beans
3. You can purchase magic beans from the Farm Heroes Saga shop.
