Hell @krnwrx - are you finally able to play the level? Di you clear your cache and watch the ad? I play on an iPad but have never had the opportunity to watch any ads. However I have other games where ads are an option and occasionally they will temporarily mess up my game.
Anyway - I hope everything is running smoothly now and you can continue to enjoy playing Farm Heroes Saga. 😊🐨💕

Try to say yes and watch the ad, it's very short and you win some prizes like tractor, may be this solve your problem. Let me know!

Playing on iPad connected to the internet.
I've closed the app and reopened it.
When press the level button it asks if I want to watch ad, say no and then the level don’t load.
It happened 2 days ago and still doing it now. I will try restarting my iPad again.

Hello @krnwrx and a very warm welcome to our Farmtastic Community! I am sorry to hear you are having this problem.
What platform are you playing n (PC or mobile and make and model). These games can be sensitive to a strong and steady internet signal so if there is a temporary loss or drop in signal, you can have a problem in your game. You said the app is up to date, have you cleared your cache and then done a hard reboot of your device, ensuring it remains off for at least 10-15 seconds?
Did this problem just start today? 1101 is in the middle of an episode so there shouldn't be a problem (like with a road block).
Please try clearing your cache and restarting your device and if you are playing on the internet you might try restarting your router also.
