Game not acknowledging the completion of tasks in order to move on to next level

I am currently playing on a level where one of the tasks is to remove a oyster from the board. I have accomplished this multiple times throughout the game but this specific oyster will not be a good sport and remove itself from the board.

I have attached 3 screenshots - the stubborn oyster is in the bottom left hand corner of the board under a carrot cropsie in one photo as well as under an apple cropsie in the other photo.

I have tried everything from doing what we are instructed to do, to using boosters in order to complete the task “by force”. Which was a waste and beyond aggravating! I even tried adding extra moves hoping the glitch would clear in order for me to complete the tasks to move on.

I love this game so much and periodically will purchase gold bars in order to get boosters for the more difficult levels. Which I just wasted so many on trying to move on to next level.

Please help!

Yeah I finally was able to complete the tasks. It just to me uninstalling and reinstalling 3 times lol

It does absolutely nothing when I match which ever cropsie is over the oyster.

I have an iPhone so it’s iOS.

I always try to keep my apps updated as possible. Is there any other way to get pass the level? It’s so frustrating!

@QueenB It was another player that reported the same issue in may. So some seems to get this in just that level 865.

@hbic29 Don't waste more boosters! For example in your last screenshot, if you try to match the green apple on the oyster what happen?

I think is a glitch!

Just more info, which is your device, Android,iOS, Windows10? If you uninstall the app and then install it again, you lose all the boosters and gold bars and if you don't record your game progress, you move to level 1! Did you update the game to the last version 5.48.4, today was on my Android mobile.

Even after clearing and rebooting..

This is my most recent game.

Yes I do believe it is a glitch. I tried everything I could to fix it. I’m going to attempt the level again. It just sucks that I ended up wasting so many of my boosters in order to advance the level. Money wasted...

@hbic29 I played again level 865, here my tips for the stubborn oyster:

Bulls run against other blockers and will advance them for 1 or 2 stages, To initiate to run you have to match next to them. Poppy Flowers have only one stage and will disappear. Bulls remove the crospies on their way without scoring. Remember the Poppy flowers can be destroyed only from the bulls. The levels with bull sometimes are very hard you need exactly the right match to make the only useful bull run, in this case move all the bull in different place right, left, up and down of the tab. When you match the bull on the oyster the only next step is to use the shovel to beat the oyster!

Use the shovel when the oyster is open!

You can buy 3 shovels for 250 magic beans but remember you need to have 0 shovels before purchase it like in my screenshot, just tap on it:

@hbic29 I played again level 865, here my tips for the stubborn oyster:

Has anyone any idea how to complete Level 4744. Since we no longer get the 30 minute special bonus I cant complete it. I don't see why I have to buy gold etc to complete a level. Any idea why we are not getting the 30 special bonus anymore as well…Help!!!!
