MY BEE DISAPPEARS???!!!

Hi. when I get towards the end off the honey trail , maybe like around 360/400 points my bee disappears and does not give me my +1 in the beginning of the level. Is this because I also have the BONNIE TRAIL. sometimes with the trail I'll get bonnie's bonus of +1 and than the bee bonus of +1. now no bee. I'm close to winning the honey pot by reaching the end with most points and I know she will appear again. this happened before and I did all the troubleshooting steps. Why does this keep happening?

    Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Please empty the cache and restart.

    Hi @gmverdi1976 there is another thread regarding the +5 bonus in the Honey Pot, but your situation is different. You wrote that the tab with the Honey Pot disappeared just when you and the Team were close to 360/400 points and probably it happened because you have Bonnie's trail. May you please take some screenshots to understand better if is a temporary problem? Did you try Spinnifix troubleshooting?

    Hi @gmverdi1976

    This appears to be an unusual problem. I normally have the Queen Bee flying with me and I regularly have Bonnie as well at level five (full power). I have never had Queen Bee disappear on me. As has been suggested, screenshots may be handy. I feel it would be important to know if she flies off at the same number of pots each time, or if she goes at random times.

    As I have previously been a Farm Heroes Saga Game Expert and a Superstar, I think this needs to be escalated to the team to investigate. @QueenB and @QueenMia could you have a look at this please?

    @Rancid As you said it is an old thread and you haven´t been around for some time.

    I don´t know about gmverdi1976 problem if that was solved. But as it is right now (from around december 23) in farm heroes they have turned of the honey pot team for some players. Don´t know how many they removed it for if it is all or just some. There is several threads about that. One is where did my team go.

    Yes, I am aware that the teams have gone for some people, like myself. But I am not going to assume that everybody has lost it, so I replied anyway. Then I saw how old the topic is. Just don't ask how old I am. I had to add another candle a few weeks ago.

    Hello dear @Rancid 🤗 🤗

    Recently, the Studio has switched off the feature for some players to make some improvements 🙂

    So, once the newly improved Honey Harvest is ready, they will have to turn it off for everybody to push in the improved one, right? (Did I make sense?)
