    It shouldn't have had any issues as you are playing on an updated ios and newer ipad.

    If you don't have saved boosters and your progress is saved with the kingdom or Facebook, I would try reinstalling if closing and reopening the app didn't work and also restarting your ipad. I usually find that sorts most glitches.

    Always keep checking the store for updates as well as often especially when the community team are away, there is always a skeleton staff on for major problems with the studio. If its anything temporary then the CMs will let the studio know when they get back as they have direct lines that we don't. But quite often the smaller glitches are fixed before they return. 😊

    Hello there @Timhung and thanks for posting your question.

    Have you tried all the necessary troubleshooting steps including checking updates for app? If yes, then may be you exit the game and try again. If all these didn't help, then I may need to report to the game studio.

    Before that, may I know the device you are using and OS? Tagging other GE for support @encantes @MountainMom

    I have just downloaded the game, it should be the newest version.

    My iOS system is iOS 14.2


    It appears continuously...


    there is no issue for suggesting using boosters screen

    I tried in win 10 and android...

    It runs normally in android and win 10...

    Hi @Timhung thank you for providing additional info.

    In that case, I'm just making a general guess that it may be due to graphic incompatibility between your new device and King's game system/program. Nevertheless, I will report it to the Game Studio and hopefully, there will be some answer after the new year as most of the CMs are on leave.

    Ok, I have moved to Windows 10 and continue to play as I also play other king.com games in here.
