Updating Farm Heroes Saga impossible!?
Hello everyone, I´ve been trying to update Farm Heroes Saga, but haven´t been successful yet. The screen shows "New version available", but whenever I push the button "Actualize" (or whatever there might be in the english version, I´ve got the german one ;-), I´m linked to a website in my browser, where I can download different games. A click on "Update"... and I can play the game online...but that´s not what I fromwanted to do. I just want to update the offline version. But how? - Greetings and Thanx, Fischi

I'm sorry that you have an issue with your game update! There are other players with your same situation! May you please wait until next week when the staff is on duty and we will give you information about the problem.
Do you play through a PC and you have Windows10?

Me too in the UK.
Opened up Farm Heroes Saga this morning and a large notification appeared saying "Update Needed" (top) and "Update Now" (bottom). I clicked to update and was redirected to log in, which I did. Was informed my progress had been saved and a version of Farm Heroes Saga appeared. Unfortunately, the level was level 1 and all my progress has been lost. Am very disappointed as was well over level 1000.
I had been playing on my computer which is windows 10.
