Lost BoosterTrails lv While game froze twice.

Hello, I love the game. I have it on all my gadgets. My issue is that I won lv 340 with moves to spare. The game began the autoplay but then said I'd lost the game. U can c from the screen shot that I more than completed all the goals. I was also on the max level for the Trails bonuses. I logout of the game as it was frozen. Went back in & it didn't save my lv 340 win. Please fix asap. Thanks.

I am so sorry to hear about the issue in your game! I did see a number of complaints about the same issue and even I too have experienced it.

I am not sure what can be done in your case, as in the past we have told the players to reply the level, as that is the only way you can move to another level.

But, please give me a day and I will talk to our Farm In-charge and find out if there is anything they can do about this issue.

Hi,

I did retry the level & won it. The game still froze up on me & wouldn't allow me to move forward. Once again I had to force the game close. I logged back in only to find myself at the same level I've already won twice. I have lost time, money, & bonuses on this. The game is to be fun, not frustrating work. If im not the only one then Please fix the issue so it won't happen again. Don't let this problem ruin our wonderful game.
