Using app through Microsoft. Cleared cookies and have enough storage space. Any ideas?

Can you please give more details about it? What do you mean by "Bonnie booster is gone --

1) Bonnie is not available at all in your game;

2) You have lost her stage and it keeps starting at stage 1 even if you have won levels;

3) Bonnie is not giving you boosters in the level

Can you tell me which of the above points correctly fits the issue you are having?
