Opened up Farm Heroes Saga this morning and a large notification appeared saying "Update Needed" (top) and "Update Now" (bottom). I clicked to update and was redirected to log in, which I did. Was informed my progress had been saved and a version of Farm Heroes Saga appeared. Unfortunately, the level was level 1 and all my progress has been lost. Am very disappointed as was well over level 1000.
I had been playing on the internet version on my computer which is windows 10.

I'm sorry that you have an issue with your game update. There are other players in your same situation but we have to wait until the next week when the staff is on duty!

When a play farm heroes saga it keeps freezing doesn't matter what level I play than I have to uninstall and start over again can someone tell me why this keeps happening thanks

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your game!
What device are you using to play the game? If it is a mobile device, did you check the device has enough memory space? Normally, that is what causes the Game Apps to crash or freeze 🤦♀️
Sometimes, when different Apps kept open at the same time, certain Apps cause our games to freeze. Not sure about the logic or reason behind it as I am not a tech savvy… Hence, please make sure to open your game app only.
And another suggestion… make sure that your device’s software also has updated version. These are all my personal experiences for my game(s) to freeze and/or crash.

My device is Samsung Galaxy Tab it does not happen when I play farm heroes super saga so it's not my device

You mentioned you have reinstalled the game, right? Is it still the same after that?

Hi @Catering01 you need to remember that not all games are equal. Some apps will use more memory than others. Having said that, you can check how much memory each app is using.
