I am so sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
I have heard a similar complaint from one of my friends. For them also, when there are 2 finished Quests and 2 rewards to collect, the 2nd one kept disappearing when one of them was collected!!!
This is something that definitely needs to be reported to our Farm Studio 👍
For now, can you please tell me which device you are using and which version of the game you have at present?
Also, if there are any screenshots or video saved with this glitch, that would be even more helpful for the studio to investigate.

Hi there, I always play on Android, mainly on my Samsung A51, (less often on my Samsung J6, so I don't earn many quests on it and don't know if its affected). Version is showing as 5.63.5, last updated on 23 July, but this issue has been going on for many months. I must've lost many earnt hours and many beans due to it.

update ... yesterday it failed again for me ... doh! ... more beans are floating somewhere in the universe

Same problem here when collecting rewards. If more than one quest is complete and you click collect, suddenly all completed quests reset but only one reward was awarded.

You have problems with the Magic Beans in the Quests and with the beans awarded in the last levels released ! I will add this post to our Farm Queen, in the meantime if it happens again may you please take some screenshots and may we have your Game ID?This green link will help you out with your User/game ID.

Please follow these steps to find your ID number…
1) While you are in the game, click on the “Settings” - the Cog wheel / Gear icon;
2) Click on “My Profile” from the appeared screen;
3) Double click on the “King” emblem you see at the top of the screen;
Voila, you will see your game ID number in place of that King emblem 😃
