@QueenB I appreciate all the hard work and talent that goes into the creating of farm hero saga. I appreciate the art work and the music and sound effects. I play king games because I feel they are the most creative of all the games I have played. You can tell a lot of thought goes into the different levels of play. King games is the one game venue that can unite the world

Hi @QueenB I worked out what is going on. Whenever I post something with an attachment, it needs to be inspected, washed, vaccinated and quarantined for 14 days before making an appearance on the forums. Or so it seems. Once it's approved, the forum software doesn't think I made the post, so the badges are not awarded. Unless I make another post. How much longer do I need to put up with this? It can mean the difference in an entry being unaccepted in a competition due to the delay.

I am very sorry to hear that you have not received your badge in time! I have just checked your profile and you have received our “Farm Rainbow” badge on the 6th 👍
So, coming back to your post — We have not set the badge to “automatic” as some players were not following the instructions 🤦♀️
I remember that, we were having some issues with the system to hand out badges and rewards! I am afraid that yours must have been one of those accounts 😢 I sincerely, apologize for the delay that happened 🙏🏼
I cannot promise that it will not happen again as it was not a manual mishap. But, our Farm team will be more careful and give heads-up to our Farmers if such glitches occur in future👍

Actually, it was me who had forgotten to grant you the badge 😣 It's something that I need to do manually and I can see that I missed it and I am very very sorry.
Yes, sometimes you might have a post with images that might need approval but don't worry, this is something we check daily so you won't be missing any chances with contacts.
