Lost Magic beans

I just logged in and my beans are gone?? How can I get all of them back?? Help

    Few clarifications before I can report it to our Farm In-charge...

    ** Did you log into your correct account?

    ** Are you playing on a mobile device or a personal computer?

    ** Did you reinstall your game OR changed your device?

    ** Did you make sure that your internet connection not weak and working fine?

    Hello, yes I have double checked to make sure I am in the correct account. I am playing most times on a pc. I did not do anything to my game. Did not reinstall or anything. I cleared my cache a month ago and loss all my acummulated boosters but read that happens. Did nothing recent. Thank you for your help.

    Thank you very much for getting back with those details.

    I learnt that updating our game could cause to loose our boosters, because, the game system makes room for new version by removing our boosters! But, did not know that clearing cache will remove them too ๐Ÿค”

    If you donโ€™t mind, I need few more details โ€”

    1) What browser are you using? OR is it Windows 10?

    2) Did you log in through Facebook or Kingdom account/on King.com;

    3) Can you please post a screenshot of your Map screen?

    4) Can you post your game ID number?

    I will have to report this issue to our Farm In-Charge. They will be back to work on Monday. I will collect all the needed details in the mean time.
