Are there others that cannot get their +1 booster. I haven't been able to for several days. Have a solution?

This has been reported to the studio so I'm just waiting to hear back which won't be until Monday! In the meantime, I recommend playing on a mobile device if possible as the mobile version is working as it should ๐

okay so here is a screenshot of the login i click on the login button, but it is frozen. i didnt get a screenshot of level 13, but when i tried to save a screenshot of the level that gives you the shovel, all that showed was a black screen. i dont know if this will help, but...

Do you know which level you were on originally on Facebook?
drop support a line, they will be able to help you get progress back but you need either a new Facebook account or kingdom account to get it ๐

I cannot get the +1 on my pc. I have been able to get it on my kindle, Why isn't King doing anything to correct it since sooooo many people are having the same problem
i tried logging out to reach level 13, then log back in to fix the problem as suggested. now i can't log back in! i couldnt even get past the level to get the shovel booster cause it was frozen as well. i really enjoyed this game while i had it on facebook, but now i cant seem to get it to work. ๐ซ
i have tried all the suggestions and now i have ended up with nothing. i cant log in so i also cant play candy crush now which i lost on facebook as well. this is so frustrating!!
if there are any more sugggestions i will try them, but i am about ready to quit. i have now lost all my candy crush levels as well.๐

Ok so if its all boosters that sounds like this issue has reoccurred which is not related to the +1 issue.
Try the help given there.
I see you also mentioned about losing levels from Facebook. You can sync Facebook and the kingdom accounts so that you can log in with the kingdom, but no longer have to use Facebook.
Alternatively you can also contact support to get all your level progress back ๐
@Just23me are you playing in the kingdom?
And its not just the +1 boosters that is locked? We did have an issue a while back where all the boosters were locked. I will see if I can find that help.
we will have to ask for help regarding the versions ... maybe @Lady_Choo knows who to ask
i have tried that and i don't get a my profile bubble. i get a quit level bubble and a back to game bubble, then nothing else. i have checked out the video on how to find the id number as well, but since my game is not on facebook, and i don't play on a mobile device, i am out of luck there too. i notice that the picture you are showing indicates it is 5.65.5. mine shows 5.66.3 does this somehow make a difference? or am i just grabbing at straws?

i have tried to find my user id. when i open any of my games, i do not get a my profile bubble. i dont have my games on facebook, or on a mobile device. i have checked my profile for anything, no luck. im not sure what is going on, but i am getting frustrated. i really appreciate all the help you are trying to give me. maybe i just need to delete everything and start again. ( i have lost all my levels from facebook, so it wont be the first time lol)

the problem is not just you ... your situation is unique ... the +1 error can happen on any level
when it happens on level 13 you get stuck ... any player would see this when playing level 13 for the first time
so it looks like we wait until the +1 bug is fixed
congrats on having 3 stars on level 7
thanks for that abe_coffee. i played level 7 and got 3 starts already. i have no boosters to choose from since all the boosters are locked, even though i have 3 stars on level 7. im not sure what the problem is for me, but i appreciate your help. i guess i will just have to wait till the team fixes the issue and hope that i can continue after that.๐

it was a shot in the dark ... but it missed
I'm not sure what to try next other than wait for a fix
it could be the boosters are locked until a later level(just a guess)
perhaps @QueenB can give an update next week
until then you might take a look at level 7 ... this is the first companion level
it is very beneficial to get 3 stars on every companion level
for example ... when you get 3 stars on levels 7 18 & 38 you receive rewards ... 3 shovels, 3 row blasters, and 3 +1s
so ... if you do not have 3 stars on level 7 it might be worth your while to play level 7 while waiting for a resolution on the +1 problem
abe_coffee, my boosters are locked. i cant buy a shovel or any other booster because those are locked on my screen. i went as far back as level 3 and they are locked on each level. not sure what that means, but cant fix the issue on level 13 using this idea. thanks for your reply but i will need to keep looking for a solution to my problem.๐ฅ

I am sorry to hear that you are having issue with the +1 Booster in your game! It was complained by few more players and hence, was reported to the Farm Studio last week. Here is the link for you to check --> Glitch with +1 Booster
Currently, the Studio team is looking into to bring in a fix. Hopefully be here soon ๐ค
But, there is a simple trick to work the booster.... all you have to do is:: select a different booster - a Shovel or a Tractor or the Purple Dog --> Do not use it but, click on the X --> Then select the +1 booster and it will work.
You will have to do this only until the issue gets fixed.

@Just23me have you tried clearing cache and cookies and using a different browser? Does the same still happen?
When you can log in can you add a screenshot of your boosters being locked so I can see if it's the same issue and see if you can follow the advice given.om keeping fingers crossed you can log in with clearing cookies or using another browser ๐ค
i managed to log in in google chrome. however, i cant seem to figure out how to take a screenshot. i am not familiar with chrome, so am really lost when it comes to this kind of stuff. help??
So you have a button on your keyboard that says prtscr? If so, press that, then open paint and paste in there and crop and save.alternativeky, I have a screenshot extension from the chrome store that sits on my taskbar which is much easier. You can save them as a file.
It's a good idea to practice as we might ask for them a lot if you take part in contests ๐

That is perfect @Just23me and now you know you will be able to do it easily next time. Its always a good skill to learn. So it looks like it is just the +1 as I can see your other boosters are lit up.
I know you said you don't have the game on another device....do you have access to a phone you could put the game on to, move past this level and then go back to playing on pc?
These things don't happen often but as the pc and mobile versions are different programming, its a good workaround.
i dont have a phone to switch too. that was one of the suggestions previously made, but sadly one i cannot try.
i am stuck at level 30 in farm heroes saga, the +1 booster cannot be selected. I play with the pc, what should I do to unlock it?
I've seen that happen before in my game when trying to use the +1 Booster.
Please, try the following as it has helped in my case: click on the Tractor Booster as if you were going to use it, don't use it, just close it. Then, try to select the +1 Booster. That's how I've been able to "unlock" the +1 Booster so let me know if that helped.
