I am finding it very frustrating continuing playing this game now when levels are achieved and no bean rewards received.

I am sorry @Monkeymac I know its frustrating. While they are working on it have you any older levels you didn't get 3 stars on? It should only affect ones above 4000.

Thanks and yes I do but I don't want to have to keep replaying levels that I have already won. Also I am finding that the quests are all changing when I win one. I know this problem has also been reported but can't find it in the help centre. Thank you.

I can understand that. Sometimes the fact you have one star means you don't need to ever look at it again.
As regards to the quests, it won't be in the help centre as its not what they call a major issue. However it is on the behind the scenes list that the CM sent to the studio. Unfortunately they have a priority list of what they work on depending on how it stops game play so I suspect that they are working more on the lack of beans issue right now as that is a bigger problem. Not everyone gets quests but everyone on the higher levels is losing beans if you get what I mean ๐

I'm not getting beans periodically and have lost out on hundreds in the past few weeks despite this issue having gone on for over a month now.
i am on level 4204 playing on an Ipad.

I can only apologise @Anno_2 and @TammyMac2 when issues like this take a long time to fix, I promise it's not because they are not looking into it. It's usually because it's more problematic than they expected and sometimes they have to dig deeper into the game programming to find the issue. At the same time they have to keep making new levels and do everything else they need to do they will fix it though as soon as they possibly can ๐
