I have lost several awards "beans" from many levels since glitch. Will we be given a bonus of beans? I was told send user ID to receive them, but have not as of yet

We have already gave your ID number to our Farm in charge, but I have to ask you to wait few days to have it.

Have you tried the contact us tab at the bottom of the page? Click on it, enter your details, choose the topic "problem with my game" subtopic "missing items" and go from there. This can take a few days for a team member to respond. Once they do, you have to reply within three days, or the request is closed.

So I have posted this before, been a member of King Games 12 years, and during the last year all my events where you win beans or extras have been removed as well as watching ads for extra moves. This really sucks!
I was playing Farm Heroes Saga and finally won level 1534. But then the screen froze up as it was going through the scoring sequence. I exited the game, cleared my cache and reloaded. Now it's not recognizing my win and wants me to play the level I just won! See screenshots below.
