This has been reported to the studio so I'm just waiting to hear back which won't be until Monday! In the meantime, I recommend playing on a mobile device if possible as the mobile version is working as it should ๐

how bout letting us get our bonuses or whatever they are called sorry the brain isnt working this morning still would like them
I haven't been able to use the +1 booster since the change was made to move the boosters row to the side panel. The rest of the boosters work fine. I also still do not have a piggy bank which appears to have been removed so hopefully players will pay more money for the "special" offers.
I havenโt been able to get my boosters at the end of movie pass for days. Itโs annoying! Why canโt we collect

This is a feature not available to everyone yet (I have never had it either) while it is in the testing phase. Keep checking for updates though as hopefully in the future!
My game doesn't give me the oportunity to have extra boosters or moves by watching advertising videos...why? I'm at level 4720 and I'm using android tablet.

I need one clarificationโฆ Are you not able to โuseโ the +1 Bonus booster OR close that tutorial (where the bird is talking) you have showed in your screenshot and play your level?
Can you please confirm?
I've seen that happen before in my game when trying to use the +1 Booster.
Please, try the following as it has helped in my case: click on the Tractor Booster as if you were going to use it, don't use it, just close it. Then, try to select the +1 Booster. That's how I've been able to "unlock" the +1 Booster so let me know if that helped.
i am stuck at level 30 in farm heroes saga, the +1 booster cannot be selected. I play with the pc, what should I do to unlock it?
i dont have a phone to switch too. that was one of the suggestions previously made, but sadly one i cannot try.
That is perfect @Just23me and now you know you will be able to do it easily next time. Its always a good skill to learn. So it looks like it is just the +1 as I can see your other boosters are lit up.
I know you said you don't have the game on another device....do you have access to a phone you could put the game on to, move past this level and then go back to playing on pc?
These things don't happen often but as the pc and mobile versions are different programming, its a good workaround.

So you have a button on your keyboard that says prtscr? If so, press that, then open paint and paste in there and crop and save.alternativeky, I have a screenshot extension from the chrome store that sits on my taskbar which is much easier. You can save them as a file.
It's a good idea to practice as we might ask for them a lot if you take part in contests ๐
i managed to log in in google chrome. however, i cant seem to figure out how to take a screenshot. i am not familiar with chrome, so am really lost when it comes to this kind of stuff. help??
@Just23me have you tried clearing cache and cookies and using a different browser? Does the same still happen?
When you can log in can you add a screenshot of your boosters being locked so I can see if it's the same issue and see if you can follow the advice given.om keeping fingers crossed you can log in with clearing cookies or using another browser ๐ค

i have tried that and i don't get a my profile bubble. i get a quit level bubble and a back to game bubble, then nothing else. i have checked out the video on how to find the id number as well, but since my game is not on facebook, and i don't play on a mobile device, i am out of luck there too. i notice that the picture you are showing indicates it is 5.65.5. mine shows 5.66.3 does this somehow make a difference? or am i just grabbing at straws?
we will have to ask for help regarding the versions ... maybe @Lady_Choo knows who to ask
@Just23me are you playing in the kingdom?
And its not just the +1 boosters that is locked? We did have an issue a while back where all the boosters were locked. I will see if I can find that help.
Ok so if its all boosters that sounds like this issue has reoccurred which is not related to the +1 issue.
Try the help given there.
I see you also mentioned about losing levels from Facebook. You can sync Facebook and the kingdom accounts so that you can log in with the kingdom, but no longer have to use Facebook.
Alternatively you can also contact support to get all your level progress back ๐

i tried logging out to reach level 13, then log back in to fix the problem as suggested. now i can't log back in! i couldnt even get past the level to get the shovel booster cause it was frozen as well. i really enjoyed this game while i had it on facebook, but now i cant seem to get it to work. ๐ซ
i have tried all the suggestions and now i have ended up with nothing. i cant log in so i also cant play candy crush now which i lost on facebook as well. this is so frustrating!!
if there are any more sugggestions i will try them, but i am about ready to quit. i have now lost all my candy crush levels as well.๐
I cannot get the +1 on my pc. I have been able to get it on my kindle, Why isn't King doing anything to correct it since sooooo many people are having the same problem
Do you know which level you were on originally on Facebook?
drop support a line, they will be able to help you get progress back but you need either a new Facebook account or kingdom account to get it ๐

okay so here is a screenshot of the login i click on the login button, but it is frozen. i didnt get a screenshot of level 13, but when i tried to save a screenshot of the level that gives you the shovel, all that showed was a black screen. i dont know if this will help, but...
