I need one clarification… Are you not able to “use” the +1 Bonus booster OR close that tutorial (where the bird is talking) you have showed in your screenshot and play your level?
Can you please confirm?

My game doesn't give me the oportunity to have extra boosters or moves by watching advertising videos...why? I'm at level 4720 and I'm using android tablet.

Hi @chiaralilo and welcome to the community.
This is a feature not available to everyone yet (I have never had it either) while it is in the testing phase. Keep checking for updates though as hopefully in the future!

I haven’t been able to get my boosters at the end of movie pass for days. It’s annoying! Why can’t we collect

I haven't been able to use the +1 booster since the change was made to move the boosters row to the side panel. The rest of the boosters work fine. I also still do not have a piggy bank which appears to have been removed so hopefully players will pay more money for the "special" offers.
