Games Freezes since Last Update - *Solved!*

After the last update the game freezes so much, it's pretty much unplayable. I play on mobile (android). I've tried everything already suggested in other threads, is this something that will be fixed in another update? Thanks.

    We know that some of you are experiencing freezing issues with your game making it hard for you to enjoy the game 😕

    I use a Samsung galaxy phone, running Android. The game version is 5.68.8

  • Hi @Catalystic we might need a bit more info than that. Exactly what phone is it? Galaxy 8? Is it an Ultra 21? And what version of android? My devices run Android 8, 9 & 11.

    Have you checked the app store just to make sure no updates have sneaked in? Although I am sure that you have the same one I have.

    Also make sure you have no Samsung updates as well for the device.

    I will also pass this over to the farm manager to see if they have had more reports as you both have the same model.

    Everything on my device is updated and current. Force stop, uninstalled/reinstalled, deleted cache/files, etc.
