I am so sorry to hear that you have having freezing issues in the game 😕
Can you please tell me which device you are using? If using a mobile device or the App version on computer (windows 10) - can you please tell me the version of the game App you have right now?
You will be able to find that info in App Store / Google Play Store / Microsoft App Store.

I need you to look for the App version please!
If the phone is also Android, go to Google Play Store — enter the game name the “Search bar” — once the results appear, click on “Farm Heroes Saga” name (but don’t click on “open” / “play”) — Now, in the screen that appears, click on the arrow you see next to “what’s new” — scroll down a little bit and you should find the App version number.
