๐ Know issue - Ads for extra moves freezes the game!
Hello
After the latest update, everytime watching ads at the end of a level to get extra moves, the top and buttom panels will disappear.
This happens mostly when finished watching the second ad (bewtween three ads), and clicking on the button to watch the third ad.
As a consequence, the UI goes back to the unfinished level and displays everything except both top and buttom panels and allows the users to just finished the extra moves they have and then completely freezes.

I'm sorry if you have problem with your game! ๐
May I ask you to close your game app and restart again, usually is working or log out from the game, close the app, clear the cache, turn of your device wait few minutes and turn on again. Open again the game and check.
Did you update the game to the last version 5.72.2?

I know that is frustating but we have already reported to our Farm In-charge about your issue, but unfortunately the Farm game Studio are all left for the weekend. Please wait until late Monday and I will update you with any info I can get.

Can you please tell us when does the game crash? Is it when you open the game app? While playing? While watching an Ad?

I had a problem watching Ads 1 week ago at the end of a level and my game was freezed, but now everything is ๐. The issue persists in your game?
May you please specify if happened watching the Ads?
The Farm Studio checked in the game but it's all set up.
