This is happening to me too. Game crashes when watching adds for extra moves. Really annoying when I have used my precious boosters.

I'm experiencing the same issue.
I either watch an ad for additional moves and then the whole game crashes or when I tap to play an ad for more moves it crashes then. No messages it just disappears. Following advice from King support, I have checked everything is updated, cleared cache and reinstalled the game (which deleted all my boosters ๐ฉ) but the problem persists!!!

Hi Alli somehow seemed to have fixed the problem on my game. I've tested it a few times and it seems to have worked...at least for now!
I'm now able to watch the ads to get extra moves and the game now longer crashes!
I went into the settings on the game, to profile and then into the privacy and settings and changed to the pic attached.
You never know...it might work for some of you. Always worth a try!

what are you exactly disabled? the unity ads? @DottyBird

I think so...I so not a techy person tbh!
But I'm thinking if you copy what's on the attachment it might help. I think I turned off two of the buttons.
Personalized ads and the unity one.

I have been playing Farm Heroes for a few years signed in through Facebook and currently on level 4046. I had issues with freezing when using my old IPHONE. Switched about a year ago to Android with only occasional glitches. On about Dec 27, 2021, I noticed I was no longer getting the option to watch videos for extra moves or boosters. Now I'm getting stuck on levels for days. Very frustrating. No longer able to earn boosters or extra lives makes it impossible to get past levels. I feel like I'm almost being forced into buying these if I want to beat a level. Please bring this option back. I've been a loyal player for years, now I'm ready to give up on King & no longer play or support any King games.
