We are sorry about the issue in your game, it happened to me last week and I lost all my boosters but not the lives 😔😔😔
Did you loose your lives purchased? Can you give more details? The lost lives are not reimbursed because they are stored on our individual devices, but not to the King Server.
This is an effect ot the last game update 5.73, there is a thread about it: Issue under investigation lost boosters in the last update 5.73
