Existing Lives missing

Existing I have a lot of Lives at my rewards which send from games players or my friends. After upgrade all my accumulated lives all gone can your end reinstate back for my User ID 1004781845.

I am sorry to hear that the latest update has caused you to lose all your lives in the game 😕

Unfortunately, Lives are something that cannot be restored!! It is because the lives we have received from our friends and/or teammates are stored to our device memory, but not to the King server. Hence, it is not possible to reimburse them!

When I lost my progress due to the update,

When I got it back my mailbox 📫 keeps on asking me to connect and when I press on the connect button it takes me straight to my profile page. I really don’t know what to do with trying to restore it 🚜🍄

I would suggest you no to worry about your profile screen coming up and asking you to sign-in! But, go ahead and log in (the current account details).

I do experience this whenever I "clear cache" and/or log out from Facebook App on my iPad. All of my games ask me to log-in while sending/asking lives. Once I log in, the window won't appear until I clear cache again. (Hope I have not confused you)

But, if you are in doubt, just take a screenshot of your map, GB as well as boosters (to be safe) 🙂
