Why am I not able to recieve my gold bars or special insider games?

I have been playing for months without gaining any bars after each level I complete.  My friend also plays and she receives "insider" games.  I level up, but that is about all besides getting beans.  Anyone know what is going on?

Cumbies, you don't get any gold bars for passing a level in the game. The 'insider' games that you talk of, these promos don't go out to all players, I think its only a certain percentage, like 60% of players seem to get them in their game.
