Why do I lose moves on level 83

When playing alphabetty I lose moves in the beginning of the game.  Just after about 4 moves it will drop from 16 moves to around 5 or 3 moves.

    You see those round blue tiles on the board with numbers in the corner of them Pearl? You need to keep a lookout for those and get rid of them as soon as possible as they are known as tile bombs, when their time runs down to zero the will blow up and take two moves from you so be careful!  You can destroy them by using them to make a word or when they get caught in the way of a line blaster!

    Every time one of the bombs explode, it takes away two moves.
