I can not get Farm Heroes Saga to load

Farm heroes saga will not load. What can I do? This has oaccured many times.

Have you tried all of the usual troubleshooting? Clearing the cache, making sure that the java is up to date. Also, even restarting your computer. King have made a video to help you with any loading problems on Facebook I hope it can help you too.

I'm on level 785 since yesterday, and keep getting hte messages "An error has occured, please reload"! This is so frustrating, especially when you're about to beat the level! I'm wasting my beans, my lives, and my time! I see that a lot of people have the same issue, so, when will it be fixed?
