It says my phone is incompatible, but I have had these games on this same device but when I had to do a factory reset on my phone I lost them. I would like to download them again but it will not allow me to. Please help!!!
So it finally worked after my phone went through its necessary updates, so we are all good now. Thank you for your responses
Why I can't download the game at Sony Xperia T3?
try to uninstall unnecesary apps, and maybe set factory settings on phone, and try again....
That'll be the phone rejecting the download, there's not a lot you can do in this case. Sometimes this message also appears on Android when trying to download something which is locally restricted.
You can find out by clicking on the small plus icon in the bottom right corner of the incompatible message.
There you'll see the reason why you cannot install the app!

The game always shows that my team has given me free lives, but they are NEVER in my inbox. In fact there is never anything in my inbox. I even tried clearing the app cache and storage and nothing.
This game has changed. It's so much harder with less ways to earn lives. I have reached level 5350 I am now deleting the game. I've had enough so thanks for ruining it by making so many negative and unhelpful changes
Why can I not receive or ask for lives from my team mates. Also how do I make them my friends as there isn't a friends request button
I was playing Farm Heroes Saga and finally won level 1534. But then the screen froze up as it was going through the scoring sequence. I exited the game, cleared my cache and reloaded. Now it's not recognizing my win and wants me to play the level I just won! See screenshots below.
