Please help. I updated the app the game was working fine at first but then after a few days I am at level 1 and everything I had is gone. All my boosters , gold bars and even the team I started. I have been playing the game for over 3 years. I contacted them. They keep telling me to sync my Facebook account. I donβt have a Facebook book account. Someone please help me. I donβt think I can start all over.

We are sorry for the issue in your game π that was an effect of yhe game update 5.73. To solve your problem you have to Contact the Customer Support and for your game progress you need to connect to Facebook or King.com account.

i believe I was at 2772 I had quite a few boosters. I know that I had 99 gold bars

Your account has been manually restored as somehow your game ended up with a new ID! So you should be back at your level the next time you open the game app!
Now about the boosters, as these are stored in your device we do not have any records of what you have but the PLayer Support Team has made sure you are compensated to help you get back on track π
