I have not been getting my animal helpers once achieving them in previous levels. It says to go back to the previous level to get them, but I click on it and already have the stars needed.

Same here. Levels 465 and 480. Why does this continue to happen? I play both on f/b and mobile. Mostly on mobile and usually get the stars on mobile. I rebooted my smartphone and that didn't do anything.
