I want to know why and if anyone else has issues receiving the recharges e.g shovels, color collectors, tractors on bonus rounds and gift box stages it keeps happening to me and it's frustrating they never get credited even when it says I have passed the levels. I have contacted king numerous times and usually get credited , but the last two times had no reply

    I think you're pretty lucky if you are getting credited for free items. I've seen a lot of cases where free items are not compensated for with Candy Crush etc. I think you can still enjoy the game no?

    I'm not getting credited "free" items they are the items I should be receiving when I pass the levels!
