Cannot login to king account

Farm heroes saga on my phone does not connect to the internet. I have connected my phone to wifi network and also have data service, but still the game won't connect to King.

The game does not show the login icon. Hence I cannot backup my levels and I cannot see daily events.

I already have a King account with user name 'Busker' and same email id.

I even updated the game but still cannot connect. Pls resolve.

Hi Team, Thank you for ur response, but the fact is it does not resolve my issue. The links u have shared talks about connection to facebook and game crashing and neither of them is my problem.

The problem I am facing is that I am unable to save my levels in this Farm Heroes game and the error it gives is that there is no internet connection, whereas my internet connection works just fine.

Added to this is the fact that my other King games (Candy Crush Saga, Soda) are all connected to internet and are working fine.

Please do not ask me to uninstall and re-install the game, cause Im sure to lose all the levels acheived. Please let me know if there is any other way to work around this 'not connected' issue.

Lost my points
My game was accidentally removed. I pulled the app up and noticed my score dropped a couple thousand points! Why?? That is not fair!! I was almost @ 4000. I lost over 2000 points
Farmer's market
I ran into farmer's market this morning and now I don't have it anymore, I could get gold bars here and the side game is gone 😢🥺

Im at a very hard level and not even in my phone i beat it
