    I play on a desktop on Facebook. When I use my shortcut it takes me to the map. I cannot figure out how to get to my profile to get the game ID.

    Please see below image to look for your ID. We can find it when we are on game Map screen or even when a level is open.

    This is where you will find your ID number while playing on FacebookΒ πŸ‘‡οΈ

    You click once on that "Find my ID" tab, and a number will be revealed. You will be able to copy and paste it here πŸ‘οΈ

    Now I feel dumb! I have a small monitor and didn't scroll down far enough! ID is 1326203970.

    No dear! You did not have a need to look for your ID till now. Hence, you did not notice.

    Did you try to purchase the Gold Bars from your Piggy Bank? OR was it a package deal that appeared in your game?

    I was trying to buy in the game to get 5 more lives. Also I cannot buy from the store. I don't have enough in the piggy bank to try it right now.

    I also get the Unknown String message when I try to buy lives for 12 Gold Bars.

    This has been reported to the Studio and it's being looked at. In the meantime, @kvskelton just to confirm, this error message does not allow you to make the purchase for extra moves?

    Also, could you try loading the game on a different browser if possible and see if you have the same issue?
