Please see below image to look for your ID. We can find it when we are on game Map screen or even when a level is open.
This is where you will find your ID number while playing on FacebookΒ ποΈ
You click once on that "Find my ID" tab, and a number will be revealed. You will be able to copy and paste it here ποΈ
No dear! You did not have a need to look for your ID till now. Hence, you did not notice.
Since we help the players (who come to the Community) with various topics, we are aware about such things π
With regards to your purchase, I will give your details to our Farm In-charge and find out whether you need to contact the "Customer Support" team, or if she can help you this glitch!

This has been reported to the Studio and it's being looked at. In the meantime, @kvskelton just to confirm, this error message does not allow you to make the purchase for extra moves?
Also, could you try loading the game on a different browser if possible and see if you have the same issue?
